St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre is building on the strengths of the past to offer a unique model of
health care to meet the needs of our community now and into the future. We have developed a centre for
long-term and hospice care based on the strong traditions of health care established by the former St.
Joseph’s Hospital.
The mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Hamilton, who founded St. Joseph’s in
Brantford, is carrying us forward to an exciting future.
St. Joseph’s is dedicated to developing and implementing programs that will provide the best care in a
compassionate manner.
